For auto brokers

Put the deal in the fleet manager's queue.

Submit the deal, the credit application, and the paperwork for INFINITI City of Queens or Kia City of the Bronx. Then watch it move from the bank to final approval to the prep log.

Two stores. Pick the one delivering the car.

INFINITI

INFINITI City of Queens

Fleet deals that deliver out of Queens. You choose the fleet manager at that store, and the deal lands in their queue.

Kia

Kia City of the Bronx

Fleet deals that deliver out of the Bronx. If no fleet manager is listed yet, the store isn't ready to take a broker deal.

What happens after you send it

  1. 01

    Open an account

Name, company, email, phone, and a password. An administrator confirms the account before the first deal, unless the stores have turned that off.

  2. 02

Choose the store and the fleet manager

INFINITI City of Queens and Kia City of the Bronx are separate. The person you pick is who works the deal.

  3. 03

Send the deal and the credit application

Stock number, delivery, and the customer's credit application. Social Security numbers and dates of birth are passed through to the dealership and are not kept here.

  4. 04

The fleet manager sends it to the bank

You'll see when it's with the fleet manager, when the bank has it, and when the bank approves.

  5. 05

    Management gives final approval

After the bank, the deal waits on dealership management. Anything still missing before that approval is listed on the deal.

  6. 06

The car goes to the prep log

Once prep is scheduled, the status reads in the prep log. If the fleet manager needs a document, you'll see the note and can upload it.

What this site keeps

Your login, the deal number, the store, the fleet manager, the stock number, the customer name, the status, and any note the fleet manager writes to you. Uploaded files and the credit application, including Social Security numbers and dates of birth, are forwarded to the dealership and are not stored here.

Questions brokers ask

Do I get a login at the dealership?

No. This portal is the only account you need. Staff at the store see the deal in their own system, in the fleet manager's queue.

Who approves my account?

An administrator for the stores. Until then you can log in, but you can't submit a deal.

What if my fleet manager isn't listed?

The list comes from the store. Kia City of the Bronx may have no fleet manager available yet. You can't submit there until one is assigned. INFINITI City of Queens shows whoever is active.

Can I change a deal after I send it?

You can add documents while the deal is open, and you'll be asked to when the status is "Documents requested." The deal itself isn't edited from here after submit.

What happens to the customer's Social Security number?

It's sent to the dealership over an encrypted connection, encrypted again on their side, and not written to this website's database or logs.
